The African Youth Leadership Hub (AYLH) is an affiliate of the African Leadership Organization (ALO). It started purely based on a philosophy to have an army of the younger generation from where leaders will emerge in politics, governance and business.

Meet Our Founder
and Chairman
Dr. Ken Giami is the Founder and Chairman of the African Youth Leadership Hub (AYLH) which is an affiliate of the African Leadership Organization (ALO).
He is also the Founder, Chairman, and Publisher of the reputable African Leadership Magazine (ALM), which tells the African story from an African perspective and publicizes the excellence, achievements, and opportunities on the African continent to the world.
Dr. Giami is an entrepreneur and a leading voice for Africa’s economic appeal. He is the Chairman of ALG Strategy Group, an investment and consultancy firm with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria and global business interests spanning the hospitality, publishing, marketing communications, energy, investment advisory, development consulting, real estate and oil & gas sectors.
